The technician was nice enoughbut. But when myresults came inone ofmy labs was very abnormal and Iwas told togo straight tothe emergency room. They redid the lab and itturns out itwas actually fine but the emergency room physician explained that when the phlebotomist isbad attheir job itcan cause this particular test tocome back incorrectly elevated. Inother words, the phlebotomist did abad job and because ofit Ihad toleave afamily function torun tothe emergency room.

                  This place isswamped and overrun.
LONG WAIT TIMES, lobby packed, standing room only.

I have been inthree times attempting totake aurine test for mydoctor, And they have had standing room only and wait times over anhour each time. Togive URIN! (Doesn’t require assistance!)

They need anew location orto open the location they just closed ASAP. This isextremely inconvenient not being able totake asi

I will wait until another location isavailable before Iever come back here. They can't doanything about wait times but they can absolutely dosomething about their attitude. The most disrespectful, flippant people I've ever had the displeasure ofreceiving services from. Absolutely ridiculous ina professional setting, liable toget you beat tfup anywhere else.

Took afriend there toget doctor ordered testing and diagnosis. Inorder tobe ina wait queue you had tomake areservation before showing upas awalk-in patient. When you arrive just check-in with the confirmation QRcode that was sent when you reserved your spot. After the check-in, then you wait until alab tech calls your name. When called bythe lab tech, your tech looks upyour doctor's test orders. The lab tech collects samples asordered and catalogues the samples, and the lab work isperformed with the results given toyour doctor.
Using those protocols, the lab can serve several lab orders inan orderly fashion throughout theday…

Went into doa test, long wait times, although they said they would text when they are ready foryou, Iwaited more than 30minutes tocome back inand check. They had finally called mewhen Icame back inand Tammy was the one who “assisted”me. Tammy then briefly went over onhow todoit, and Ikindly asked her torepeat directions tomake sure Idon’t doit wrong, sure enough she was practically yelling the directions atme seems like she was frustrated just having torepeat herself. Tammywas rude once itwas over, little tono direction whatsoever.– show

I had anappointment scheduled for2:00pm, and checked inusing the online Wait Where You Are Program at1:50pm. Idid not get myname called until2:45pm, which is45mins AFTER myscheduled appointment. Which was also AFTER Iasked the front desk when Iwould beseen because ithad been more than 30mins after myscheduled appointment time and Iwas told Iwas 'next'. There isno point inmaking anappointment ifthey are going tobe this late- 15mins behind isunderstandable but not 45mins.If you cannot honor scheduled appointment times, don't offer them. Iwasted mytime waiting when Icould have been awalk-in.– show

I changed location from the Labcorp on1st, tothis location because ofwait time and lack ofprofessionalism and care when drawing blood. Unfortunately, the one that drew myblood was the same one from the other clinic. She actually just jabbed the needle, Idon’t believe intentionally, but lack ofcompassion not tohurt people. I’ve had great experiences from others, but this lab just doesn’t have the right people. She said toask for someone else next time, which Iwill.
