Many products claim to perk up tired skin, but sometimes, the best thing to do is chill out—literally. Ice face rollers are ultra-popular on social media, but they actually have major benefits, from helping soothe puffiness to reducing irritation.
Best of all, ice face rollers are endlessly reusable; store them in your skincare fridge and grab them whenever you need a pick-me-up. "Use in the morning to reduce puffiness or before bed to soothe and relax the skin," recommends Ian Michael Crumm, a celebrity esthetician and cohost of the podcast "Beauty Curious."

What are the benefits of using an ice face roller?
Aside from just feeling good, there are a few major benefits for the skin. Here's why Crumm recommends using an ice face roller:

- Soothes Irritation: Ice rolling "can calm redness and irritation from conditions like acne or rosacea," he says.
- Tightens Pores: "The cold can help temporarily tighten [the look of] pores, giving the skin a smoother appearance."
